By accessing this website or booking services with Leianne Michelle Photography, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These terms are designed to ensure a clear, respectful, and professional experience for all clients.

2. Services

Leianne Michelle Photography provides luxury boudoir photography services in Chattanooga, Tennessee and its surrounding areas. All sessions are customized and include guided posing, styling direction, and a curated image delivery process.

3. Booking & Payment

• A non-refundable session fee is required to secure your session date.
• Your session is not confirmed until the session fee has been received.
• Remaining balances must be paid in full prior to the session date unless otherwise agreed in writing or when payment is being made in installments using one of the third party payment vendors offered.
• Pricing is subject to change at any time but will not affect confirmed bookings.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Session fees are non-refundable.
• Rescheduling is allowed one time with at least 48 hours notice.
• Additional reschedules may require a new session fee.
• No-shows or last-minute cancellations may result in forfeiture of all payments.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Arrive on time and be prepared for their session
• Communicate any concerns, boundaries, or preferences clearly
• Follow studio or location rules and guidelines

Leianne Michelle Photography reserves the right to end a session if safety, respect, or professionalism is compromised.

6. Image Delivery

• Final edited images will be delivered within 1-2 weeks after selection.
• Images are delivered via an online gallery or through purchase of one of the additional delivery methods offered, including but not limited to print albums and other print options.
• RAW/unedited images are not provided.
• Editing style is consistent with the photographer’s portfolio and artistic vision.

7. Copyright & Usage

• All images remain the copyright of Leianne Michelle Photography.
• Clients receive a personal-use license for their purchased images.
• Images may not be altered, sold, or used for commercial purposes without written permission.

8. Privacy & Confidentiality

Boudoir photography is deeply personal. Your privacy is taken seriously.

• Images will never be shared publicly without explicit written consent.
• Clients may choose whether or not to sign a model release.
• All personal information and images are handled with discretion and care.

9. Model Release (Optional)

Clients may opt in to allow select images to be used for:

• Portfolio
• Website
• Social media
• Marketing materials

This is always optional and never required.

10. Liability

Leianne Michelle Photography is not responsible for:

• Injury during sessions
• Lost or damaged personal items
• Unforeseen circumstances (weather, location issues, emergencies)

In the rare event the photographer cannot fulfill the session, liability is limited to a refund of payments made.

11. Studio & Location Policies

• Sessions may take place in rented studios or approved locations.
• Clients are responsible for adhering to location rules.
• Any damages caused by the client may be their responsibility.

12. Digital File Storage

• Final images are archived for 1 calendar year.
• Clients are responsible for downloading and backing up their images after delivery.

13. Website Use

All content on this website—including images, text, and branding—is the property of Leianne Michelle Photography and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission.

14. Changes to Terms
